​We offer training in various Lifesaving and Lifeguarding awards.​​

Rookies (Children Aged 5 - 11 years) Sat 5.00pm-6.00pm at Boldon School
Seniors (Aged 11 and over) Tue 7.30-8.30pm Boldon CA​​​
Mowbray Lifeguard Station
Sandhaven Beach, Promenade, South Shields NE33 3NG
Tue 6.00-7.00pm
​The beach sessions usually run from Easter until at least the end of the summer, weather dependant. ​
From 1st April 2025
Sessions are £4 per person
Membership (Sept - Aug) £10 per person
SSVLG CLUB AMBASSADORS
In May 2019 Trent Maxwell and Leigh Mason took on the roles of club ambassadors after striking up a friendship on their previous visit to the club in August 2018.
Maxi and Leigh share the same vision of turning all bystanders into lifesavers and together we hope to make a difference.
